Toolroom
Erosion Technology's toolroom is managed by Shane Cloete, who has over 18 years of experience.
The toolroom consists of four CNC Haas vertical milling machines and two spark eroding machines. Programmes are run on a CAD system called Procam.
The toolroom is responsible for:
- Making of new dies
- Refurbishing old dies
- Manufacturing of stainless steel and mild steel components
- Erosion
- Grinding
- Engineering
- Design and development of new products
